Choose "Size and Position..." from the Window menu to start.
A handy little macro that enables you to size windows to exact specifications and locations. Enables you to position windows outside the screen area, or to blow up a screen and position the part you want in the screen area. I wrote it so I could blow up chart windows, making the chart grow bigger, and then position the area I wanted to inspect or view on the monitor screen.
As far as I can tell 60 points is the smallest width and 63 points ths smallest height you can make a window. Charts don't get even this small.
